Monday night and all day Tuesday probably twenty or more of our fishermen and boys were lined up along the big ditch east and south of town endeavoring in diverse ways to secure some of the larger fish making their way in the back water from the river. Several hundred pounds of fish were secured. One fish weighed thirty-five pounds.
