COURTLANDVILLE, NY – July 29. Woman Tarred And Feathered. A young woman named Melissa Blye was stripped naked and tarred and feathered at Courtlandville last night, by a party of young men, for intimacy with a Mr. Moore, whose wife recently went crazy and drowned herself.
